1. Our services

Bri's Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Anchorage, Alaska and surrounding areas including Eagle River. By using our website, submitting a contact form, or communicating with us by phone or text, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of our website at briscleaningak.com and your communications with Bri's Cleaning including via SMS text message.

2. SMS messaging program

Bri's Cleaning operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our contact form or chat widget, you consent to receive text messages from Bri's Cleaning.

What we send

Transactional messages — appointment confirmations, booking reminders, scheduling updates, quote follow-ups, and service notifications
Marketing messages — promotional offers, seasonal specials, referral program information, and service announcements (only if you opt in to marketing messages)

SMS program description: Bri's Cleaning uses SMS to send appointment reminders, cleaning quotes, booking confirmations, and service-related communications. Promotional messages are sent only to users who have explicitly opted in. Message frequency varies. This is a mixed-use SMS program (transactional and promotional).

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, appointments, and preferences. You may receive transactional messages before and after each cleaning appointment. Marketing messages are sent infrequently — typically no more than 2–4 per month.

3. How to opt out (Text STOP)

You can opt out of SMS messages from Bri's Cleaning at any time using any of the following methods:

Text STOP to any message from us — you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent
Text STOP ALL to unsubscribe from all message types including transactional messages
Email us at briscleaninganchorage@gmail.com and request to be removed from SMS communications
Call us at (907) 360-3529 and request removal

To opt back in after opting out, text START to the same number or contact us directly.

5. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to and from Bri's Cleaning. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual service plan. Bri's Cleaning does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications.

If you are unsure about your plan's rates for text messaging, please contact your mobile carrier directly.

6. Carrier liability disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery depends on network availability, carrier conditions, and device settings. Bri's Cleaning is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered due to carrier-related issues.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and regional carriers including GCI (Alaska). Carrier participation may vary.

7. Age restriction

Our SMS messaging program is intended for users 18 years of age and older. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Bri's Cleaning, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly send marketing SMS messages to anyone under the age of 18.

Our cleaning services are intended for adults and are not directed at minors.

8. No sharing of SMS opt-in data

We do not share your SMS opt-in data. Mobile opt-in information — including your phone number and consent to receive text messages — will never be shared with, sold to, rented to, or transferred to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. Your consent to receive SMS messages from Bri's Cleaning applies only to communications from Bri's Cleaning directly.

This no-sharing commitment applies regardless of any other data sharing described elsewhere in these terms or our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data is treated with the highest level of protection and is used solely for direct communication between you and Bri's Cleaning.

9. Privacy policy
